1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and RC Enterprises, located at Nipania, Dhanbad, Jharkhand – 828201.

By accessing our website or engaging our contracting, heavy machinery, manpower, or property services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Civil Contracting & Infrastructure Projects

All civil engineering works, highway widening, earthworks, and industrial construction projects executed by RC Enterprises are governed by specific written Work Orders, Tender Agreements, and verified Bill of Quantities (BoQ).

• Work is executed in strict adherence to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and relevant PWD/CPWD specifications.
• Milestone payments must be settled in accordance with verified site engineering measurement sheets.
• Delays caused by force majeure events, unseasonal monsoons, or client-side site clearance delays will extend the completion timeline correspondingly without penalty.

3. Heavy Machinery & Fleet Logistics Rentals

Equipment rentals (including excavators, JCBs, tipper trucks, and compactors) dispatched from our Dhanbad yard are subject to the following operating rules:

• Standard shift durations are computed based on 8 working hours per day with logged hour-meter readings.
• Only certified, authorized operators provided or pre-approved by RC Enterprises are permitted to operate leased machinery.
• Mobilization and transit freight costs to and from the Nipania machinery yard are billed as agreed upon in the rental order.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring a secure, accessible site during the lease period.

4. Industrial Manpower & Site Teams

All technical and skilled personnel deployed by RC Enterprises are covered by statutory compliance frameworks including EPF, ESIC, and relevant workmen compensation statutes. Clients must ensure that site operating conditions uphold statutory safety guidelines and provide necessary site-specific hazard inductions.

5. Real Estate & Land Transactions

Property listings displayed on this website represent active inventory verified by RC Enterprises. Dimensions, photographs, and price figures are provided for general guidance. Formal transfers of residential plots, flats, or commercial spaces are finalized exclusively through registered Sale Deeds compliant with state land registration authorities in Jharkhand.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and all contractual relationships arising out of our operations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.
